In 2015 Ukrainian mines yielded almost 39.7 million tons of coal, down by 38.8% YoY.
In particular Volyn mines yielded 243.2 thousand tons of coal, down by 16.5% YoY. Donetsk region coalmining fall reached 44.9%, Lugansk region – 75.5%, Dniepropetrovsk region yielded 0.4% less coal.
At the same time Lviv region showed a slight increase of 9.2% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
