Velta claims the Leninsky District Court of Kirovograd is dragging out the investigation of the legitimacy of operation of the ore sands and ilmenite concentrate processing works.
“The State Geology Service representative have ignored the first two court sessions, another was appointed to December 10, but then the court decided to take a break until December 30. Such actions point to the deliberate delay”, said the company in its statement.
The reason for the 20-day break is that the State Geology Service has not provided the court with the certified documents. (Ukrainian metal)
