Shareholders of the Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK, Kiev) have dismissed Mladen Peikovich from the office of the general manager and appointed Valentin Sobchuk instead.
According to the company statement, Sobchuk has been appointed CEO for one year. Previously he worked as the informational technologies department director.
Peikovich was reelected the company CEO on December 11, 2014.
In 2014 UGMK received 52.09 million UAH of profits. (Ukrainian metal)
