The Lugansk District Administrative Court named illegal the claims of the State Financial Inspection to recover debts from Lisichanskugol and cancel its agreement to process coal with Processing Factory #105.

In July the State Financial Service demanded from Lisichanskugol to pay its debts of 2.07 million UAH and from Processing Factory #105 to return 3.66 million UAH for lost coal, as well as to hand over 149.16 thousand tons of coal.

But Lisichanskugol waved these claims. The company was able to prove that the lost coal was in fact in transit, and that the claims to debts were groundless. (Ukrainian metal)
