Co-owner of the Privat group Igor Kolomoisky believes there are three ways the High Court of Justice could take in the matter of Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Industrial Complex.

“It’s amicable agreement, or the hearing of the case – one party would win. Or Pinchuk will do what he vowed not to – he’ll drop the case. That’s highly improbable, but still possible”, said Kolomoisky. He expected the hearing to start in January 2016.

In March 2014 Victor Pinchuk filed a case to the High Court of Justice in London against Gennady Bogoljubov and Igor Kolomoisky due to their breaching of contract and obligations as to the Krivoy Rog Iron Ore Industrial Complex shares management. Pinchuk asked the court to make them pass the shares to him and reimburse all the losses, including paying dividends. (Ukrainian metal)
