Metinvest supplies iron ore raw materials to Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works and Donetskstal.
“We have a long-term contract with Donetskstal for the supply of iron ore pellets by April 1, 2016. I hope we continue our cooperation if Donetskstal keeps working”, said Metinvest CEO Yuri Ruzhenkov.
He added, that Russia-based Karelsky Okatysh was its competitor, but Metinvest won.
“We do supply iron ore to Alchevsk, but working with ISD we prefer to deal with DMKD”, noted Ryzhenkov. (Ukrainian metal)
