365 million UAH is needed to finish construction at the mine #10 in Novovolynsk.
There is a step-by-step program to finish construction of the mine, but the state budget should have 365 million UAH in 2016 for this.
Mine #10 is the only mine in Ukraine being constructed. The state decided to restructure mine #1 and gave 307 million UAH for mine #10. This money will be used to pay for the work, already done at the mine. (Ukrainian metal)
