Mines situated on the territory of the Donetsk region, not controlled by Ukraine, increase coal output. In October coal companies mined 1.39 million tons of coal. While Ukraine-controlled mines yielded only 1.14 million tons of coal.
In October among the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (read: terrorist-controlled) mines the leaders were DTEK Komsomolets Donbassa with 215.88 thousand tons, Mine Group Donbass (144.5 thousand tons), the mine named after Zasyadko (126.89 thousand tons), Zhdanovskaya mine (123.89 thousand tons), Makeevugol (118.48 thousand tons) and Torezantracit (110.15 thousand tons).
