Metinvest B. V. (the Netherlands) has consolidated 87.14% of Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Works (Donetsk region).
According to the works statement, prior to that Metinvest was the owner of 86.72% of the company shares.
In 2014 Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Works received 791.96 million UAH of losses. (Ukrainian Metal)
