Ferrexpo plc, owner of the Poltava Mining and Processing Works, has appointed David Frauman its non-executive director.
According to the company statement, Frauman would head its treasury department.
The newly appointed non-executive director has 35 years of experience as the corporate lawyer and for the past 6 years has been a member of boards of various companies. (Ukrainian Metal)
