In September Ukraine produced 6725 thousand tons of iron ore and iron ore concentrate, down by 3.3%, or by 234 thousand tons, MoM.
In particular, companies produced 1208 thousand tons of iron ore, down by 0.3%, or by 4 thousand tons MoM, and 5517 thousand tons of iron ore concentrate, down by 4%, or by 227 thousand tons. Sinter output in September decreased by 0.8%, or by 24 thousand tons MoM, to 2875 thousand tons, while that of pellets – by 11.5%, or by 223 thousand tons MoM, to 1710 thousand tons.
In January-September iron ore and iron ore concentrate output decreased by 3%, or by 1866 thousand tons YoY, to 60088 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
