In January-September Zaporizhstal pig iron output went up by 8.9% YoY, to 2778.4 thousand tons.
According to the company information, steel manufacture increased by 1.5%, to 2979.9 thousand tons, while that of rolled metal – by 1.4%, to 2546.6 thousand tons, all YoY.
In September the works produced 344.2 thousand tons of pig iron, 355.1 thousand tons of steel and 295 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 1.4%, 3.4% and 1.3% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
