In August Ukraine produced 6956 thousand tons of iron ore and iron ore concentrate, up by 0.4%, or by 26 thousand tons MoM.
In particular, iron ore output decreased by 1%, or by 12 thousand tons, to 1212 thousand tons, while that of iron ore concentrate went up by 0.7%, or by 38 thousand tons, to 5744 thousand tons, all MoM.
Sinter output in August increased by 2.7%, or by 76 thousand tons MoM, to 2899 thousand tons, while that of pellets – by 11.2%, or by 194 thousand tons, to 1933 thousand tons.
In January-August iron ore and iron ore concentrate output decreased by 3.3%, or by 1833 thousand tons YoY, to 53363 thousand tons.
In July Ukraine produced 6930 thousand tons of iron ore and concentrate, up by 3.3%, or by 221 thousand tons MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
