Palmrose B. V. (the Netherlands), 100% controlled by Evraz, has increased its share in Evraz Bagleykoks from 94.4467% to 94.4584%.
The number of shares owned by Palmrose B.V. has increased by 80 thousand – from 649482848 to 649562848.
It should be noted, that Palmrose B. V. has also increased its share in Evraz Dniepropetrovsk Iron and Steel Works named after Petrovsky from 96.3014% to 96.3365%.
In 2014 Evraz Bagleykoks increased its net income by 21.4% YoY, to 1695.13 million UAH. Its net profit totaled 97.24 million UAH against 53.37 million UAH of losses in 2013.
In 2014 the works produced 540.1 thousand tons of blast furnace coke. (Ukrainian metal)
