In the first quarter of 2015 companies of DTEK mined 6.8 million tons of coal, down by 34.6% YoY.

Ordinary coals processing decreased by 45.2%, to 4.7 million tons, concentrate output fell by 50.2%, to 2.8 million tons, all YoY.

DTEK Pavlogradugol and DTEK Dobropolyeugol produced 210.1 thousand tons of light coal, up by 4.1%, Obukhovskaya Mine Group produced 90 thousand tons of coal, up by 20.5%. At the same time DTEK Rovenkiantrazit, DTEK Sverdlovantrazit and DTEK Komsomolets Donbassa Mine produced 3.9 million tons of anthracite and lean coal.

Companies work at low capacities due to the destroyed infrastructure of Donbass region. Around 2.45 million tons of coal remain blocked at DTEK Rovenkiantrazit and DTEK Sverdlovantrazit warehouses. (Ukrainian metal)
