Ukraine’s largest mining and metallurgical holding Metinvest has decided not to distribute the 2014 net profit of Northern Mining and Processing Works (SevGOK), Central Mining and Processing Works (CGOK), Ingulets Mining and Processing Works (InGOK, all based in Kryviy Rih, Dniepropetrovsk region) and Khartsyzsk Pipe Works (Donetsk region).

According to the protocols of general shareholders’ meetings posted on the holding’s website, this was decided by the shareholders of SevGOK and CGOK on March 31, InGOK – April 1, and Khartsyzsk Pipe Works – April 3 this year.

The SevGOK shareholders approved of net profit for 2014 in the amount of 1.546 billion UAH and retained it with no distribution.

The CGOK shareholders approved of net profit for last year in the amount of 767.854 million UAH and also retained it with no distribution.

The InGOK shareholders approved of net profit of 976.170 million UAH and also left it with no distribution.

Khartsyzsk Pipe Works approved of net profit of 434.783 million UAH and left it without distribution. (https://en.interfax.com.ua/news/economic/261144.html/Ukrainian metal)
