In January-February major Ukrainian companies produced 141,3 thousand tons of ferrous pipes, down by 29.8% YoY.

In February pipe output totaled 59.5 thousand tons.

Khartsyzsk Pipe Works, situated in the ATO zone, increased its output by 75.5%, to 16.5 thousand tons, though in February the works was idle.

Interpipe-NTZ decreased its pipe output by 38.3%, to 32.2 thousand tons (16.5 thousand tons in February), YoY, Interpipe NMTZ – by 58.4%, to 13.6 thousand tons (6.1 thousand tons) and Interpipe Niko Tube – by 14.3%, to 49.2 thousand tons (21.1 thousand tons).

Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works in the first two months produced 1.3 thousand tons of pipes, as opposed to 5.8 thousand tons a year ago.

Lugansk Tube Plant was still idle.

Kominmet pipe output went down by 26.1%, to 22.6 thousand tons (12.4 thousand tons in February), while Centravis increased its output by 8.8%, to 3.7 thousand tons of stainless pipes, all YoY.

AG Stal was idle, though in January-February 2014 it produced 2.8 thousand tons of pipes.

Dniepropetrovsk Tube Works produced 1.4 thousand tons of pipes (0.2 thousand tons in February), down by 78.5% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
