In 2014 Ukraine exported 2.2 million tons of steelsmelting pig iron, down by 2.3% YoY, or by 2.5%, to $802.3 million.
The main importers of Ukrainian pig iron in 2014 were Italy (34.39%), USA (32.54%) and Turkey (22%).
At the same time Ukraine imported 7.4 thousand tons of steelsmelting pig iron, down by 44.53%, or by 50.6%, to $2.98 million, YoY.
The largest suppliers of pig iron were Russia (96.85%), Italy (2.08%) and Germany (1.07%). (Ukrainian metal)
