In January-August capacity of the Ukrainian scrap market decreased by 5%, to 3.198 million tons YoY.
In particular, angle sales have fallen by 19%, to 120 thousand tons. Hot-rolled sheet and coil sales have decreased by 11%, to 1.315 villion tons, and beam sales – by 7%, to 38 thousand tons, all year on year. (Ukrainian metal)
