According to Metinvest group, Khartsyzsk Pipe Works is not going to return to its full capacity due to difficulties with material supplies and sales.
By the end of the year the works plans to produce 100 thousand tons of pipes. But the company witnesses a number of negative aspects that halt the normal working order. Since most of the transport companies refuse to deliver to the military activities zone, the works has problems with supplies of any materials.
Most companies from the military zone dealing with Khartsyzsk Pipe Works have shut down.
Moreover, the works has no special machinery, as its crane and the truck tractor have been taken from it, many contractors also had their machinery taken from them. (Ukrainian metal)
