In the first quarter of 2014 export share in the total volume of rolled metal produced increased to 83.9% from 80.7% YoY.
That is the highest result for the last 5 years.
Domestic rolled metal consumption fell to 1070 thousand tons (16.1% of the total produced) as opposed to 1402 thousand tons (19.3%) in the first quarter of 2013. (Ukrainian metal)
