According to the data, issued by Ukraine’s Cabinet of Ministers, in the January to July period of the current year Ukraine registered a 16.1% increase YoY in its long steel product imports to 244,100 tons. In July Ukraine’s long steel product imports decreased by 16.7% MoM to 36,120 tons.
In the January to July period Ukrainian exports of long steel products increased by 2.8% YoY to 3.334 million tons. In July Ukraine’s long steel product exports decreased by 15.4% MoM to 406,040 tons. (SteelOrbis)
