In the January to February period of 2012 Ukrainian exports of steel products decreased by 7.9% YoY to 3.596 million tons.
In February alone Ukraine’s steel product exports decreased by 26.4% compared to January to 1.525 million tons. In the first two months of the current year Ukraine registered a 27.8% increase YoY in its steel product imports to 259,900 tons.
In February alone Ukraine’s steel product imports increased by 1.9% compared to January to 131,200 tons. (SteelOrbis)
