The Ukraine-based vertically integrated mining and steel group Metinvest has completed the cold repair of the open hearth furnace No 6 at the open hearth shop of the Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works.
The company invested around UAH 15 million in the repair works which took eight days.
The previous repair of open hearth furnace No 6 was carried out in March. (SteelOrbis)
