It is reported that in November 2010 Ukraine’s steel pipe exports increased by 1.5% MoM and by 19.3% YoY to 118,460 tons valued at $128 million, up by 2.7% MoM.
Specifically, in November 2010 Ukraine exported 59,180 tons of seamless pipes, down by 0.5% MoM, of which 29,750 tons were delivered to Russia with 5,340 tons exported to Libya and 4,080 tons shipped to US.
Ukraine’s exports of steel pipes of more than 406.4 mm outside diameter amounted to 25,510 tons in November 2010, down by 8.3% MoM, of which 20,470 tons were delivered to Russia, 2,090 tons to Kazakhstan and 1,050 tons to Turkmenistan. In addition, in November 2010 Ukraine exported 33,770 tons of other tubes, pipes and hollow profiles, up by 14.7% MoM, of which 11,700 tons were shipped to Russia, 6,090 tons to Belarus and 4,250 tons to Poland.
In January to November 2010 Ukraine’s steel pipe exports decreased by 10.4% YoY to about 1.128 million tons valued at about $1.172 billion. (SteelOrbis)
