According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, from October 1 to November 1 Russia and other countries utilized 80.35% of the new annual quota, imposed by Ukraine for seamless steel casing and tubing imports with outside diameter up to 406.4 mm, supplying a total of around 12,819 tons.
The total quota for the period starting from October 1st 2010 through September 30th 2011 stands at 15,955 tons of seamless steel casing and tubing imports, up by 725 tons compared to the previous annual quota of which 86.23% were utilized.
