ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih rejected claims by the State Customs Service that it had attempted to smuggle coking coal by understating of its value and accused state bodies of being biased against the company.
The works press service said that ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih had submitted documents on the market value of coking coal to the State Customs Service. The company also submitted proofs that the indicative price of $380 per ton, set by the State Customs Service, was unjustified. (Ukrainian Journal)
