According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, as of August 1st 2010 Russia and other countries utilized 86.23% of the annual quota imposed by Ukraine for seamless steel casing and tubing imports with outside diameter up to 406.4 mm, supplying a total of about 13,133 tonnes.
In July this year, Ukraine imported 119 tonnes seamless steel casing and tubing. The total quota for the period starting from October 1st 2009 through September 30th 2010 stands at 15,230 tonnes of seamless steel casing and tubing imports up 726 tonnes compared to the previous annual quota.
