Mr V Vaideeswaran CFO of ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih said “July production was stable with no major operational problems. As for Q2 results, we achieved good commercial performance due to increased sales prices and volume, although increased variable and fixed costs remain as a downside factor. No major logistical and operational disruptions resulting in better production KPIs and output than in the previous quarter. Outlook for Q3 is soft due to market demand, while raw material costs will stay at Q2 level.” (SteelGuru)
