Mr. Andriy Kliuyev, the first Vice Prime-minister of Ukraine, said that the government of Ukraine had approved a resolution to prolong benefits for the companies in the metallurgical sector and retain the same prices for their products on the domestic market.
He said that “We’ve agreed with the metallurgists that under a cabinet resolution we will prolong the benefits for the mining and metallurgical complex for the second quarter, while the metallurgists in turn are not to raise prices for metal and keep their prices on the domestic market at the level of April.”
Mr. Kliuyev added that government, in its turn, would not change the prices of coking coal from state coal producers. (Interfax-Ukraine)
