Metinvest has announced that it developed unified packaging and marking standards for all the metallurgical enterprises of Metinvest Holding.
It’s Steel and Rolled Products Division, Metinvest Holding LLC in Donetsk on June 17th to 19th 2009 and became one of the results of Project for Customer Orientation.
Products packaging, orders tracking and customer informing are key parameters defined by Metinvest after large scale research of customer satisfaction carried our by external consultants. Project implementation will allow Metinvest enterprises to optimize the chain of customer relations and to meet market demands more efficiently.
In Project’s frameworks web sites of Sales Service were launched online. In order to improve customer information, the option of automatic e-mail notifications on products delivery into railway cars is under implementation. The lists of Key Accounts having special terms were finalized. Internal regulatory documents are being corrected in order to provide more efficient service for such customers.
