The Kiev administrative court of appeals has allowed the Executive Service to once again arrest the funds of the Industrial Union of Donbass on its account in Prominvestbank in the amount of 37.407 million UAH.
In September 2016, the Ministry of Justice Executive Service opened a case of recovery of $1.485 million from IUD in favor of Raiffeisen Bank Aval.
This is the debt unpaid in time under the loan agreement of 2009.
