Board of directors of Shubarcol komir appointed Kemal Usmanov the president of the company.
Since 2003 Usmanov has been the deputy director of Kazmarganets Ore Group, and then till 2012 its director. From 2012 till January 2013 he has served as the director of the Don Mining and Processing Works.
In October 2016 he has been appointed the first vice-president of Shubarcol komir.
The company specializes in open-pit mining, special coke manufacture and electricity production. (Ukrainian metal)
