ArcelorMittal Berislav has dismissed Wilhelmer Michael from the office of the supervisory board.
Michael has resigned, he owns no company shares.
In 2015 ArcelorMittal Berislav received 40.4 million UAH of losses, having increased its net income 3.3 times YoY, or by 48.26 million UAH, to 68.98 million UAH.
The company mines limestone used in construction and metal manufacture. (Ukrainian metal)
