Dneprometiz has put into operation a fine drawing mill. The machine is made by Mario Frigerio S.p.A, Italy. The mill will produce steel wire without coating with the diameter of 0.75-1 mm. Dneprometiz has started producing low-carbon steel wire with the diameter of 1.2, 1.4 and 1.6 mm according to GOST 3282-64 with a new winding technique.
