Chelyabinsk Iron and Steel Works, a part of Mechel, demands the payment of 18.9 million rubles from Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press Works, owned by the State Duma deputy Valeriy Gartung and his family, and has filed a claim to the arbitrary court. In 2017 Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press Works intends to increase output by 23% YoY, to 8.1 billion rubles. “ChKPZ has implemented the large-scale efficiency improvement program, which will allow us saving 300 million rubles per year without much investments”, the company CEO Andrei Gartung said.
