Shareholders of Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works have decided to increase the supervisory board from 1 member to 5.

According to the company statement, Yuri Ryzhenkov, Alexander Pogozhev, Julia Dankova, Svetlana Romanova (all of them top-managers at Metinvest Holding) and Julia Samoylova (chief legal advisor on corporate finances) have been appointed to the supervisory board. All of them have been elected for 3 years.

At the same time, Metinvest B.V. (the Netherlands), owner of 74.72% shares, was dismissed from the board. (Ukrainian metal)
