Solidcore Resources plc has concluded an agreement with Berkut Mining LLC on purchasing 55% in the undeveloped Syrymbet polymetallic deposit in the North Kazakhstan region.
The main component of the deposit is tin.
The licensed size of Syrymbet is more than 10 square km.
According to the agreement, Solidcore buys 55% in Tin One Holding private company for $82.5 million.
The deposit was discovered in 1985. (Ukrainian metal)
