The gold-extracting company Buryatzoloto has finished the procedure of increasing the statutory capital of its daughter enterprise Zun-Kholba LLC.
The capital was increased from 10 thousand to 277.637 million rubles.
Previously the company intended to increase the capital to 935.2 million rubles.
Buryatzoloto is the only owner of Zun-Kholba LLC. (Ukrainian metal)
