The Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe continues to expand its project portfolio in the segment of special pipes for manufacturers of special equipment. The company’s products have been in stable demand among enterprises that produce construction, agricultural and quarrying equipment for many years.
As reported by the company’s press service, special pipes are used to manufacture hydraulic cylinders – one of the key elements of lifting systems for special equipment. Such products are subject to increased requirements for geometric accuracy and mechanical characteristics.
In recent years, Interpipe has expanded the geography and scope of application of its products. In particular, the company supplies pipes for the production of hydraulic cylinders for manipulator cranes. Such products are used in moving mechanisms of construction equipment, and among the company’s partners are manufacturers from Austria and Switzerland.
In addition, Interpipe pipes are used in telescopic cylinders of dump trucks, which provide lifting of the body. Supplies are made to equipment manufacturers operating in the European market.
Another direction is the production of pipes for hydraulic mine racks, which are used to prevent rock collapses in mines in Ukraine and European countries.
The company notes that there is no single standard for pipes intended for hydraulic cylinders. Each order provides for individual requirements for dimensions, steel grade and technical characteristics.
