The Commercial Court of Kiyv on December 12 decided to cancel a tender of Ukrgazvydobuvannya, the winner of which was Vorex LLC, to supply pipe products valued at 77.1 million UAH produced by Tianjin Pipe Corporation (China), which continued operating on the russian market.
Vorex LLC has been working in Ukraine for 7 years, taking part, mostly, in tenders of Ukrgazvydibuvannya and GTS Operator.
In February 2022, after russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Vorex LLC stopped all deliveries to Naftogaz, having failed to fulfill several contracts. At the end of 2022, the company returned to participating in tenders receiving an order for $225 million. (Ukrainian metal)
