The shareholders of Sukha Balka have approved paying dividends of more than 1 billion UAH from the undistributed profit for 2008, 2010 and 2011.
The decision was taken at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders held on July 10.
In particular, to pay dividends the enterprise will spend a part of its net profit received in 2008 (200.7 million UAH), 2010 (192.6 million UAH) and 2011 (611.29 million UAH).
In late 2021, Sukha Balka paid dividends of 1.46 billion UAH from the undistributed profit of 2012-2014. (Ukrainian metal)
