Ukraine: UMMC CEO buys almost all shares
Dmytro Golikov, CEO of Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company, has bought almost 100% of the company shares. At present, Golikov owns 99.999986% of shares. In Q3 2022, Lanacomo Limited and Leadpoint Holding (both from Cyprus) owned 50% of shares each. (Ukrainian metal)
