The shareholders of Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works have approved the operational report for 2021.
The decision was taken at the annual meeting on December 28, 2022.
The revision commission has been revised, with Hanna Kushnir reelected and Yuliya Vedmidyova and Helena Fedorchenko elected.
In 2021, Interpipe NMTZ increased net profit 2.2-fold YoY, to 175.722 million UAH. Net income increased by 43.6%, to 3.871 billion UAH. Undistributed profit totaled 962.86 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
