The Antimonopoly Committee has fined Ukrstalsnab LLC and Ukrainian Pipe Works LLC for 103 million UAH for collision while participating in public purchases.
The purchases of pipes were announced, among others, by various heating enterprises, as well as Avdiivka town council and Sumyhimprom.
Ukrstalsnab must pay a fine of 94.89 million UAH and Ukrainian Pipe Works – 8.37 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
