Shareholders of Stalkanat-Silur intend to spend 65.73 million UAH of undistributed profit for January-April to pay dividends.
The dividends might be paid until January 19, 2023.
The shareholders also want to approve the purchase of 1.26 billion UAH worth of raw materials from Metinves-SMC LLC. (Ukrainian metal)
