Since the start of the Russian invasion, Metinvest has transferred over 1.5 billion UAH to help the army, civilians and its employees.

In particular, during the first days of the invasion Metinvest, DTEK and the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation have created the “Saving Life” humanitarian project. Since then, over 3 thousand tons of first need goods have been delivered from Europe and 57 thousand people have received them. 20 thousand kits have been provided to the families of mobilized employees and families with many children.

Now the project is supported by 90 partners from Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, USA, UK, Swirtzerland, Greece, UAE, etc.

Metinvest volunteers have collected over 1 thousand kg of clothes, shoes and first need goods.

The group has provided 100 thousand bulletproof vests to the defenders, as well as 500 kits of vests and helmets to the National Guard.

The ground troops of Ukraine have received more than 60 drones and 50 night vision devices, as well as special helmets all valued at 10 million UAH.

The group enterprises together with partners have produced around 60 thousand Czech hedgehogs and 20 thousand spiked chains. (Ukrainian metal)
