Ukraine: billet exports to Turkey down in Q1 2022

In January-March, Turkey decreased imports of Ukrainian billets by 49.5% YoY, to 84.8 thousand tons. In March, billet exports to Turkey stopped because of the Russian invasion and blockade of ports. Exports totaled 30.4 thousand tons. Ukraine accounts for 21% of Turkey’s billet imports. (Ukrainian metal)
