In 2021, Amur region produced 22 tons of gold, down by 7% YoY.
The drop was mainly due to the reconstruction of a factory at the Pioner mine, an accident at the Berezitoviy mine, summer floods and thinning of raw materials base.
This year, an increase in output is expected thanks to the reconstruction of the Albyn mine. (Ukrainian metal)
