In January-May, Ukraine decreased iron ore raw materials exports by 1.8% YoY, to 18.536 million tons valued at $3.132 billion, up 2.1-fold.

According to the State Customs Service, the main customers were China (45.44% in monetary terms), the Czech Republic (9.41%) and Austria (8.36%).

In 5 months, Ukraine imported 1.13 million tons of iron ore raw materials valued at $127 thousand as opposed to 84 tons for $40 thousand last year.

The suppliers were Egypt (81.75%), Poland (10.32%) and Chile (2.38%). (Ukrainian metal)
